You've been dreaming about your Italy trip for months — maybe years.

You can picture it: sipping wine at a vineyard in Tuscany, wandering through a local market, exploring at your own pace. A relaxed trip. An authentic trip. The kind of Italy experience that feels entirely yours.

How do you get from place to place?
Which train routes make sense?

Is your itinerary realistic, or are you trying to cram too much in?

How do you find accommodations that will actually work for your needs — especially if you have mobility concerns or want to avoid crowds?

You're stuck between the dream and the execution. And the overwhelm is keeping you from enjoying the anticipation.

How It Works:

Schedule a brief 15-20 minute call so we can discuss your trip, answer any questions, and make sure this is the right fit for what you need.

After our call, you'll receive your service agreement, secure payment link, and a detailed questionnaire about your trip.

You'll tell me about your travel dates, interests, pace preferences, budget, mobility considerations, and what you're dreaming about for this trip.

Once your questionnaire is complete, we'll schedule a longer call to discuss your vision in detail and clarify any questions.

This is where I learn what matters most to you — so I can design something that feels entirely yours.

I'll create your complete day-by-day plan — routes, accommodations, experiences, restaurants, logistics, everything.

You'll receive your beautifully designed digital itinerary with all the details organized and easy to follow.

We'll have one round of refinements to adjust anything that doesn't feel quite right.

My team in Italy and I handle all of the bookings so you can relax and look forward to your trip.

"Amy designed the most thoughtful itinerary for us. Every stay, route, and experience worked perfectly together—and the digital itinerary made it so easy to follow along during the trip."

"I was overwhelmed trying to figure out how to get from Florence to the Amalfi Coast with stops in between. Amy mapped out the entire route with realistic timing, found us perfect accommodations, and I finally felt like I could breathe. Once it was all planned, I could actually start enjoying thinking about the trip."

WHAT CLIENTS SAY:

FAQ

(Frequently Asked Questions)

How long does the planning process take?

You'll receive the first draft of your itinerary within one week from from our first call.

What if I need changes after the refinement round?

Minor adjustments are always welcome! For significant redesigns beyond the included refinement round, we can discuss additional support if needed.

Do you book flights?

No, I don't book international flights — but I will advise you on which airports make the most sense for your itinerary and timing.

What if I have mobility concerns?

Absolutely — I work with many clients who have mobility considerations. I'll find accommodations with elevators or ground-floor rooms, routes that minimize stairs and cobblestones, and experiences that are accessible and comfortable.

We can discuss adjustments! Significant additions may require additional planning time, but we'll work it out together.

What if I want to add more regions or days after we start planning?

AMY
LAMPARELLI

Some travel advisors specialize in Italy. I live it.

I split my time between the United States and my home in Lucca, Tuscany — and I have been exploring this country for more than 35 years.

Not as a tourist passing through, but as someone who keeps going deeper, discovering more, and falling in love with it all over again.

Italy is all I do. No other destinations, no divided attention.

Every client I work with gets my complete focus — and a trip that is entirely their own.

Because no two visions are the same.

I love hearing what people dream of and making it real — down to every last detail.
